Behavior Consulting

Individualized behavior consultation designed to help children and families build meaningful skills, navigate challenges, and thrive across home, school, and community settings.

Thoughtful support, tailored to individual needs.

Every child and every environment is unique. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to understand strengths, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that fit naturally into everyday routines and settings.

Whether you're a family seeking individualized support or a school, childcare program, or organization looking for behavioral consultation, services are tailored to the needs of the individuals and communities you support.

FAQs

Do you provide services in-home or virtually?

1

Yes. Services may be provided virtually or in person within select areas of Ventura County, depending on your needs, goals, and the type of support being provided. We can discuss the best fit during your initial consultation.

Does my child need a diagnosis to receive services?

2

Not necessarily. Private-pay behavior consulting services may be available without a formal diagnosis. Insurance-funded services are subject to your specific plan’s eligibility and authorization requirements.

Can you collaborate with my child’s school or other providers?

3

Yes. With your permission, I can collaborate with teachers, school teams, therapists, and other professionals involved in your child’s care to help create consistent, practical support across settings.

Do you accept insurance?

4

Yes. Coastal Bloom Behavior is currently credentialed with Aetna and Blue Shield of California for eligible services. Coverage and authorization requirements vary by individual plan, so benefits will need to be verified before services begin. Private-pay options are also available.
