Many services are available virtually throughout California, allowing flexibility for families and professionals. Limited in-person services may also be available in Ventura County depending on the service requested.

Yes. Supervision and mentorship is available for individuals exploring certification, actively accruing fieldwork hours, and BCBAs seeking ongoing mentorship. Supervision emphasizes clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, practical application, and long-term professional growth.

At this time, most consultation and mentorship services are private pay. Insurance participation may be available for select services as credentialing with certain insurance companies is completed. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and available options.

Coastal Bloom Behavior accepts all major credit and debit cards. Eligible services may also be paid using HSA/FSA cards, though coverage varies by individual plan. Payment plans and a limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available depending on the service and current availability. If cost is a concern, please mention it during your discovery call so we can discuss available options.
